How will Apex benefit my pelvic floor health?
Apex is a medical device that will strengthen and tone the pelvic floor muscles to effectively treat stress urinary incontinence. Strong pelvic floor muscles allow you to cough, laugh, sneeze and exercise without leakage.

How does Muscle Stimulation Feel?
When using muscle stimulation it is recommended that you start at the lowest level and slowly increase until you feel a full contraction of your pelvic floor muscles—it feels as if your vagina is tightening around the probe and then relaxing—simply, a Kegel exercise done properly for you. Some women would describe the feeling as their muscles “pulling upward and in” or a “gentle massaging sensation.” When beginning your stimulation session, you may feel a slight tingle and as you continue to increase the stimulation level you will feel a comfortable contraction of your pelvic floor muscles. Once you feel a full contraction, you have reached your appropriate muscle stimulation level. Now, relax and let Apex do the work for you.(Apex has 10 levels of stimulation) .
